Moaayn is one of the leading Saudi companies that works in providing smart solutions in the field of real estate inspection, which is the first and basic step for real estate transactions, whether it is evaluation, purchasing, or leasing. Moaayn Company owns a website called (Moaayn) and also owns an online application on Android and IOS systems that has the same name (Moaayn) - Both the site and application are referred to herein after as (Moaayn Platform). Moaayn Platform aims to enable seekers of real estate inspection services to easily access and communicate with competent inspectors who can undertake real estate inspection services accurately and honestly, while ensuring that the professional requirements and standards of real estate inspection are met, and that all the above will be in accordance with the conditions and controls set by Moaayn Company.

The inspector: is the person - the natural person - who is qualified to undertake the inspection service - who concludes a contract with Moaayn Company in order to register his name and data on Moaayn Platform to be available to seekers of inspection service, and also referred to herein after in this privacy policy as (inspector).
User: Any natural or legal person who uses Moaayn Platform, either he is just a browser for the Platform, an inspector, or a seeker for inspection service whether concluded a contract with an inspector who is registered on Moaayn Platform or not.
